Order Processing orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. All orders received after 5PM will begin production the next business day. 

PLEASE NOTE: Order processing time is separate from shipping time. Order processing (1-3 business days). Shipping time (1-4 business days). Orders are shipped USPS Priority. Expedited shipping cost more! $13.95

Shipping Policy

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with signature confirmation. It takes approximately 1-4 business days for orders to be delivered, once your order has been processed. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

Return Policy

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION FROM THE MANUFACTURER. Under no circumstances will we accept any hair bundle back if alterations or changes have been made to the hair once it has left our warehouse. The hair bundle cannot be altered in any manner. This includes removing the tie securing the bundle, dying, cutting, and chemically processing the hair. Under Federal Law you cannot return human hair products which have been used due to hygiene purposes. We abide by these strict policies and expect the item to be returned in its original condition.
